Are your designs Limited?
Some are, yes! The designs of our Premium Collection are one-offs. Each piece limited to 100 pieces. This means, once the total number of a design have sold out, this design will never again be reproduced.
How long does it take for our order to beshipped?
We aim to print and dispatch all orders within 3-5 days. Bare in mind that garments are not pre-printed. Each item is made to order, so it takes a little longer than normal to ship out. Also note that during our peak periods the turnaround time can increase slightly.
What if a garment is out of stock?
If we receive an order for a garment that is out of stock, a suitable replacement can be used. We will contact you in this case to ensure you are happy with our suggested replacement garment.
Do you handle returns?
We do accept returns, but note that all orders are final and will not be refunded. If, for any reason you are unhappy with the garment you purchased, or you have made a mistake regarding size or design, you can simply return the item to us and we will send you a replacement.
An order hasn’t arrived, what do we do?
We guarantee delivery internationally, for all orders within our 3 approved shipping zones. If an order is lost to these locations a replacement can be shipped. If an order is lost outside of these locations, a new billable order must be placed for a re-shipment to occur.
The customer has received the wrong item, what do we do?
Mistakes can occasionally happen, we request a photo showing the incorrect item and once received a replacement will be shipped free of charge to your customer. We do not request that the incorrect garment is returned to us.
Can we cancel or change an order?
Once an ordered has been processed through our system, we are unable to make any changes. If the order has not processed through our system, then we can cancel or make changes. We typically process new orders at 9am each day.
